Salut! I’m Arthur and I’ll be sharing with you my passion for cooking through my own take on French cuisine. With my culinary skills and homemade recipes, I hope to only produce great quality food with the best ingredients that I can find, giving a lot of care and attention to detail for every dish that I make. I come from a town called Huy, near Liège in Belgium. Ever since moving to Lisbon, I’ve come to fall in love with the weather and the people! I joined Mama's team as it's the best opportunity for me to share my talent and passion for food with you. My inspiration for food comes quite randomly from watching videos online to reminiscing about food that I’ve eaten in the past. I’m always eager to experiment with re-creating different dishes to make them my own and I’m very excited for you to try them!
